Marion Shelton made our first home-buying experience seamless. He was incredibly responsive while I was out of state. We expected the whole process to be much more difficult but we came out with our heads attached and thrilled with the outcome. He went above and beyond on multiple occasions. He even made a great impression on our new neighbors. We will definitely refer him to family and friends when they're on the market.

Marion is a huge asset to us, from house hunting to closing and beyond. He is responsive and efficient, has a ‘can-do’ attitude, and is very familiar with the community. We were able to close on a house long distance, fully trusting Marion’s feedback. When we felt discouraged by the market, he remained optimistic and persevered. Even after closing, he advocates on our behalf and is helping us truely feel at home!

I'm glad we used Marion. He was really easy to work with and I doubt I was his easiest client. Selling a home and buying another one is stressful, but it was made easier with Marion. I realized through this process some realtors really drop the ball big time. Marion was on his game and we got our dream house because of his hard work and professionalism.

I would recommend Marion to anyone looking to buy. He helped me through the extremely hot Denver Metro market. It was frustrating at times but Marion definitely made the difference. Very personable and kind. This is someone that is going to have your best interest in mind. Marion knew if a home was a good fit or not and would consult with me instead of trying to force me into something. He knows the market well and knows when to get aggressive. Marion's a great realtor but more importantly, a great person.
