Mark and his team were absolutely amazing throughout our home-buying process. My fiancé and I were first-time home buyers with no experience with what to expect when it comes to the home-buying process. Mark met us for coffee, went over expectations, gave us a easy-to-read packet of additional guidance, and spoke about his experience and personal life--we really clicked and are so glad we chose him as our agent. He is very knowledgeable and let us know if a house we liked would be the best investment down the road and why. He was always able to be reached quickly and able to answer a question via text, call, or email. If he wasn't available, we were able to coordinate showings with Jen, a member on his team who was similarly knowledgeable and personable and helpful when differentiating which features of a house were our "needs" versus "wants" lists. When we found the house we now call our home, Mark submitted our competitive, first offer and it was accepted (what a dream, honestly!)! Once our offer was accepted, we worked with another member of his team, Maria, and she was also such a joy to work with. She was ready to answer any questions and always kept us updated on approaching deadlines and if they needed our action or not. Mark was fantastic! We were looking for an investment property in the area and his expertise in this type of property was very helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone as he was always available at any time to answer questions and provide feedback on different properties.

Working with Mark has been our best ever experience working with realtor yet(4 homes buying and selling). As buyers, we had a very targeted area we were looking at and Mark was extremely knowledgeable of the area. Since we were also buying while being remote, Mark went above and beyond to make himself available to us and also give us the honest feedback needed to make such a huge investment for our family. 10/10 would recommend Mark if you are looking for someone to do the utmost for you in regards to buying and/or selling that is also super knowledgeable of the Denver market areas.

We interview several realtors to sell our home and purchase a new home. Due to his background in construction, in depth knowledge of the current market and responsiveness we chose Mark to work with on both sides of our real estate transaction. Our expectations were exceeded as our home sold the day it was listed due to marketing and building demand prior to listing. We also were able to find our dream home and Mark was able to negotiate a quick close with our ideal price and terms accepted. The entire process was seamless and enjoyable.
