    Excellent experience and professionalism throughout the process. Mark and Allison showed special care and concern for me and my family. I specially enjoyed the IT and apps you can set up to review and keep track of the home sale process. Everyone on the team was really friendly and helpful.

    It's been some 30 years that we have known Mark and Alison. They have always kept in contact and of course there have been sales throughout that time. This time it was different. With what is happening in the world..we did not quite know what to expect. We set a date, preped the property, listed the property, got multiple offers, kept it together and closed when the world was shut down. Never, ever a lack of confiiidence and beleif that everythng would work! Experience is everything. Thank you, Alison and Mark.

    We lived in this home for 15 plus years so it had been a while since we sold a home. We could have not asked for any more from any company! Mark and Alison were just unbelievable. They were adamant about making sure we completed updates and upgrades needed to compete in the market. Some of these were not minor items, including a new kitchen! When it was all said and done we got the projected value with improvements. This was a 1980 era built home so the price range can vary based on condition. The amount of time they spent working and helping us in the house was something we did not really expect! Amazing. They provided us vendors along with some of our own for the numerous projects. They also provided fixup financing that was made available from them, to complete the projects. In the end, negotiating in several areas and the work completed netted us what we needed and more to get on with our lives. We know a ton of people and will refer them hands down to everyone!

    I just completed the sale of the last three properties for the estate of my Grand Mother. The properties included everything from suburban homes in Aurora, Littleton, Denver as well as mining claim land in Boulder and Cabins in Blackhawk. The project started in 2012 and ended now in 2019. So, nothing like stickling to it and getting it done. Mark is professional and easy to work with. I am very busy and I never doubted that we would get the estate closed. Some of these properties were very difficult to even find, let alone sell. Thanks Mark.
