I am overzealous with this mans performance as my realtor. He goes above and beyond without making you feel obligated. I am astounded to have been serviced by this unique individual. I owe him my life for the professionalism and service he has provided. He may have to settle for a steak though made by my personal chef.

He had our best interest at heart the entire time and stepped in to ask the right questions when I didn't know what to ask. Extremely nice and friendly made the whole experience fun and super easy 10/10 would recommend

I searched continuously on Zillow for a home in Suffolk or surrounding area. I contacted Mark at various times day and night regarding a home(s) for him to check out for me. He would respond immediately if the home was available for showing. We discussed the offer price and I was able to purchase it for $10K less then listed. He put me in contact wiith a lender prior to my beginning to look for a home so I would know up front my price range. He was attentive to my needs and not just trying to make a sale. I really appreciated this approach.

Mark Spear helped me buy a HUD home in Chesapeake, Va. This was my first home purchase ever. As most people find out, buying HUD homes or foreclosures can be not a perfectly smooth process. We were able to finish the deal without any major setbacks. What I like most about Mark is his responsiveness to any questions that I may have in regards to real estate. He will give you honest feedback. I will use Mark in the future for real estate transactions.
