Simply not a good realtor. Unresponsive, I feel sorry for the seller trusting this individual to list. My offer was cash and the realtor does not return calls. I had to call another realtor and I am a buyer to reach out to this realtor and contact the seller to advise.

Marly did an excellent job helping me land my dream condo. Given my busy schedule, she prioritized my condo search based on my personal criteria and actively helped me make trade offs where needed. Very helpful and was great with paying attention to our details. Great help as she was able to help with locating a lot for us and giving us many examples to fit our needs.
