I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marshall and his team. After having a horrific experience with another realtor company, Marshall was recommended to us. He treats you like family, doesn’t sugar coat anything, and is beyond respectful and humble. His expertise is far beyond anything I would have expected. He explained all the advertising he does when selling homes (I was completely lost with the explanation but hey that’s why you hire the best). I’ve never met someone so great at their job and as humble as Marshall is. He is truly the best and I will forever recommend and use his team in the future.

This must be your Realtor!! I cold called Marshall from a review I found on Zilliow. I am military and was moving from Memphis, TN to the Hampton Roads area. On the first call he answered and made me feel like a priority! He took the time to build rapport with my wife and children while trying to make sense of our rambling ideas on what features we were interested in for our home. His personalized method of communication was refreshing and I can attest that he was always available to talk and never let a day or night go by with me wondering about what transpired with a property, offer, or lead. Marshall looked at quite a few houses on the drop of the hat for us, sending great HD videos and chats on property, tried to negotiate great offers to fit our needs, and quickly landed us a lead that matched our moving timeframe and housing needs. It was a new construction we previously hadn’t know about through normal online research. It was a leap of faith spending north of 400k sight un-seen but I had to trust someone and Marshall certainly earned that! After contracting, his work didn’t stop there! He would send us videos of the construction progress out of the blue, drop by and speak with the builder on progress on our behalf, and even negotiated an extra finished room on our behalf that the sellers agent and builder didn’t agree should have been finished per the plans easily adding thousands of equity over homes in the project just by remaining persistent on our behalf! When it came time for our inspection walkthrough…Marshall made sure we were represented and used his years of experience to call out the builder for every fault my inexperienced eyes missed! He will be the only one I look to when it’s time to sell my house and he’s the only Agent I’d recommend in the Williamsburg, Hampton Roads region! Dedication and professionalism is well represented with Marshall Toney!

Wonderful agent! Worked with us to purchase a land lot in a rural community. Marshall was responsive and helpful every step of the way. He was able to negotiate a deal to get the lot almost 20% under asking! Highly recommend Marshall for first time home/land buyers as he is extremely knowledgeable. Went out of his way for us many times throughout the sale. Great experience overall!

Fabulous broker. Great work ethic, professional yet friendly. Marshall guided us through a transaction where we were trying to update, list, and sell a home while living many hours away from the property. He went above and beyond and got us above asking price. Highly recommended.
