It was our absolute pleasure to work with Ms. Liliana Bristman, an outstanding Real Estate Agent. She assisted us with the purchase of a second home in San Diego. We have worked with many real estate brokers and agents on several real estate transactions over the years, and we can say with confidence that Ms. Liliana is the best agent we have ever used. Ms. Liliana has qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective agent. We cannot say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. Ms. Liliana treated my husband and me with professionalism and courtesies. She got to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting our time. She did a great job listening to our needs and did not waste time showing properties that did not meet our objectives. We strongly recommend Liliana Bristman. We are moving to San Diego from Brooklyn and are completely unfamiliar with the area. She listened to our needs, tastes and priorities and very quickly helped us figure out which areas and neighborhoods would make the most sense for our family. She attended open houses on our behalf and sent us videos or orchestrated live zoom call tours so that we could "see" the houses. She also got to know the various sellers' agents and helped us understand their clients' interests so that we could be strategic about offer terms other than price. Liliana gave us great advice on how to bid and manage through processes where there were multiple competing offers. We were successful with the second house we bid on. She was with us every step of the way to close - from choosing an inspector to conducting the inspection and follow up work, to working with our bank, to all of the paperwork. It was daunting to take on a cross country house search and purchase. Liliana made it as easy as possible and we are really pleased with the outcome!

I cannot say enough great things about working with Liliana! Planning to buy remotely sounds dreadful, but Liliana made it a pleasant experience. The time it took from our first introductory call to when we closed was about 6 weeks! On our very first call with her, we knew her experience and expertise would be unmatched. We were looking in the PQ, RB, and Poway area, and quickly came to realize that she is THE expert for these communities. Having lived in these areas herself, she had all the insights for each neighborhood (traffic, noise, schools, and market appreciation). She’s also worked with a lot of seller agents and was able to share helpful tips based on previous experience. She went above and beyond to attend open houses, follow up with the sellers’ agents, and provide market analysis. There was a span of 8 or 9 days in a row where we talked with Liliana at least once per day. She’s highly motivated and gets the job done while giving us the confidence we needed in this crazy market. Thank you Liliana!
