We have been working with Martha for a couple of months and feel very lucky to have met her. She is very knowledgeable, understanding and a pleasure to work with. She made herself available anytime it was convenient for us being that we live in New York and wanted to purchase in Florida. She never made us feel pressured and truly worked hard for us. We also worked and met with Jason and he was a big help to us too. They make a great team!! I would recommend them both to anyone with no hesitation.

Martha helped me purchase my first home. She was always available to look at homes, always sent my suggestions and stayed in my price range. I changed my mind over and over and hid in the bathroom on closing day from anxiety and she very patiently answered all my questions and never pushed me. She’s a friend, professional, and emotional support all in one amazing Realtor.

Martha is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She knows the area well and helped me navigate everything from securing insurance to inspections. Martha is also extremely personable. She was easy to get in contact with and always had an upbeat attitude. I highly recommend Martha!

Martha is the best you can find. She is always on top of whatever needs to get done. Self-motivated, takes initiative and very knowledgeable. Martha was able to sell my house even though it had a lot of issues with it. She was very creative was very creative and truthful to both me and the buyer to help negotiate a win/win with the perfect buyer.
