I realized Denice was going to be my best option as a realtor, when I asked her a simple question and she went into full detail about it, gave me the confidence and knowledge to become a first time home buyer, she showed every house I asked to go see and even at late hours in the day with no rush , she was very patient during the process and was there through every step , very helpful when it came down to negotiating a few things that came up during the process , I 100% recommend this realtor for any of your real state interest.

Where do I even start... I have known Denice since school she has always been a friendly and caring person, I reached out to Denice for the first time back in 2023 when I Thought we were ready to Buy a house. It was our first time Buying I had many questions! and Denice walked me through everything she was so informative. She took the time to walk us through different loans and what they meant, she informed us about forgiveness programs and everything. After all that we decided to wait on buying a house. I then reached out to Denice again a year later and she Still took her time to re- explain everything to us. there were days when we couldn't go look at a house till 7Pm or later Denice never complained or said it was too late she worked with us every step of the way. which most don't go that late! Denice took the time to show us the new builds! we decided to go with a New build and Denice was still there through it all. The builders we went with recommended us a lender but Denice recommended us to one she has worked with for a while and he helped us more the the builders lender! Denice never made me feel pressured into buying! If you take ONE thing away from my long review just know she GENUINELY cares about her clients and their best interest! I 100% Recommended her

Denice was so knowledgeable, about every aspect of buying a home! She broke down every step for us to understand! I also loved her happy energy, she made house hunting so much fun, definitely went above and beyond to help us buy our first home ! I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home!

10/10 We loved working with Denice . As first-time buyers, not only did she educated us about each step but she also made the process so easy and smooth. She was very quick to show us the homes we were interested in, as well as send us suggestions based on our wants and needs. She never rescheduled and always showed up on time. Denice is very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, and dedicated. Outstanding communication and attention to detail. She truly goes above and beyond and will always have your best interest at heart. All around an amazing realtor.
