Satisfactoriamente , nos ayudó a buscar la casa que necesitábamos, a preparar todos los documentos que necesitábamos , cada pregunta que hacíamos nos la contestaba inmediatamente, nos ayudó a vender otra casa siempre ayudándonos a obtener lo mejor Gracias Martha . Se que si lo necesito volveré a buscarla por que la experiencia la tiene.

I’ve known Martha for 30 years she is a great person with good values not to mention, a professional in her field. When I decided to sell my house I called on her because, she is trustworthy and I knew she would guide me in all the right directions to get the most for my property. She told me exactly what I needed to do to make my property more presentable. I was hesitant to put money into something I wanted to sell but she assured me that I would get more than my money back. Of course she was right! It took a little longer than anticipated to get everything looking good and the house on the market. I’m happy to say my house sold in 2 and a half months! I would recommend Martha to anyone wanting to get the most for your property as she knows the trade very well. She is also willing to help with purchasing a property with you exact wants and needs. She is very knowledgeable in this area and can guide you to your future home. Thank you Martha! ????

Without a doubt, we would not have our new home without Martha Wright’s help. She did everything. We found a home and she got us in to see it right away. It had multiple bidders. Her advice at this point was spot on accurate and so invaluable. She talked to the other realtor; convinced her that our bid was a really good one and thanks to Martha we won the home! It was a bank owned foreclosure that needed a lot of work but she got the bank to pay for some of the costly repairs one of which was a badly needed roof repair. We would not have been approved for our mortgage without that roof repair and certification. We needed her once again to find us reputable painters, handymen, flooring too. The list goes on and on. We will never be able to repay Martha for all she has done for us and continues to do for us. We were so lucky to have found her and so grateful too!

I've known Martha for 10+ years. Her reputation and passion to help buyers find the perfect home is why we chose her to represent us in buying our first house. I'm thankful for all her hard work and dedication to purchase the house we now call home and during the process we have gained a friend ??
