We were very lucky to find Marty Griffin online the night before we were drove down looking for a beach house in OBX the next day. We saw one that interested us and gave Marty a call. He immediately jumped in his pick up and we were able to view it between renters. Marty handled all of the purchase of that house with great professionalism and advised us on many issues along the way. We now consider Marty our realtor for life and also a good friend!! Highly recommend!!

Marty is a pretty awesome guy and knows real estate! We recently purchased a home in KDH, having moved from the state of Pennsylvania. Moving multiple states was extremely stressful and Marty very much helped ease some of that. Marty was extremely flexible and would setup 8-10 walkthroughs in one day – ultimately allowing us to choose our home in 2 visits to the OBX/Manteo area. He was very knowledgeable about the area, willing to answer all of our questions during late hours and weekends. Marty – Thank you so much for everything! We can’t thank you enough for your time over the past few months!

Amazing!!! We purchased a home sight-unseen this past June with the help of Marty Griffin - he was the best realtor we could have hoped for! He made multiple trips out to the house, took lots of photos, answered all of our questions (no matter how random), and even made Youtube videos of the property for us! We were nervous purchasing a home without being able to view it in person first, but Marty made it so much better and helped ease our minds. I absolutely recommend using Marty for any and all real estate purchases!!!

I could not have had a better experience working with Marty on the purchase of this house. From the first time speaking with him, to the closing, Marty could not of been more helpful. He went out of his way to show me many houses in the area as well as connecting me with the right people to help with process. Even after the closing, he went and sat at the house to wait for the cable company to come and hook up the cable since I couldn't. Marty went well above what I expected during this house search and purchase and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a house in this area.
