Lisa did an outstanding job assisting us with our purchase of land. She went out of her way to explain every detail of the purchase. She personally went far beyond by going to the sellers in order to help them process documents and arrange notary signatures in order to close in a timely manner. She was always professional and knowledgeable and willing to help. In the future I will definitely work with her again and recommend her to friends and family.

Martin, his wife Christine and the Luna Team were very friendly, courteous and professional. With various difficulties in dealing with our property, Martin and his team continued to plow through and diligently managed to get us a sale and for a great price! We enjoyed working with the Luna Team and I can highly recommend them for anyone's real estate needs.

If you are looking for a TOP-NOTCH realtor, Lisa is it! I could not have asked for a better realtor. She was proactive, responsive, honest, friendly, a problem solver, and definitely has high standards. I was particularly impressed to see how much she was in my corner, definitely looking for my best interest during the purchase of my home. She showed how hard she will work for her client. My wife and I are from South Florida and in mid-June this year we started the search for property around Asheville. We looked for someone that was able to speak English/Spanish fluently to make sure we fully understand all the negotiation processes. Fortunately, we found Lisa and from the moment she was assigned to fulfill our requirements, she started to look for properties that fit our mandatory and highly desirable features. We still were in Florida when the process started but finally, she found the property that we purchased last summer. We do highly recommend Lisa as your realtor, she knows how to find your dream house, tied to your budget, and all conditions needed to close the deal.

The Luna Team is absolutely amazing and highly recommended! This is the second time they have helped me and my family buy. With the competitive market in Asheville, the first time they helped us buy our home, we were able to go from the backup offer to the accepted offer quickly.
