Martine was always available even before we had committed to moving to the area. She listened carefully to make sure she understood what we were looking for and did not try to "sell" us on homes we were not interested in. She stayed close to us though the entire process making herself available for home inspections and offering guidance when ever we asked.

My husbands company found an agent for me in the Denver area for a corporate move we were making. I knew after 5 minutes on the phone with her, that I needed to find my own agent to work with. That's when I "discovered" Martine Addison. When we arrived in Denver, as soon as I got into the car with her, I knew she would be "my person"! She zeroed right in on the kind of people we were, and what are needs were and where to show us the best options for us in the Denver area. She did not disappoint! Her knowledge of the real estate market, and finding the best fit for her clients is unsurpassed. ( I have moved 15 times in 32 years.... so that statement means a lot!) More than a realtor, she became a good friend. Years later, when we were suddenly transferred back to Houston and I was in the middle of planning my daughters wedding, she happened to call one day and in my distress of the pressures, she helped me find the perfect place to have the wedding and reception, because thats how much she cared! We were able to sell our house in the slow market of 2010 with her expert advice. I highly recommend using Martine for your real estate needs. (Bonus: she has excellent taste with a background in interior design, which is helpful for envisioning your new home, or maximizing your homes potential as a seller!)

Professional, easy to work with, very responsive, and understood our needs. We had a tougher situation being that we were buying in Denver coming from the east coast. Made herself available so we could Come visit on multiple wkends in a short time. Thank you so much Martine!

We couldn't have been luckier to have Martine as our agent and would highly recommend her. We recently moved from out of state to the Denver area. Not knowing the area at all, or the market (which was very different from the area we were coming from), Martine's knowledge and advice about areas to look at and bidding in this market were invaluable to us. Because we had to fly in several times to look at houses, Martine always cleared her schedule as much as she could when we were coming into town to dedicate time for whirlwind house tours. I always felt like she was looking out for our best interests, as she gave excellent advice on what to look for as we looked at houses, as well as pointed out any areas of concern we would not have noticed. She paid attention to what was important to us and knew what we were looking for, and I feel like she knew the house we wanted almost before we did. We had a complicated closing process, and she was extremely responsive and walked us through the whole thing, working overtime to make sure our deadlines were met, as well as recommending local people to work with for mortgage and insurance to make the process easier. From start to finish, Martine was excellent and we would absolutely use her again.

Martine was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. She returned my emails and text immediately. She was thorough and very helpful trough the entire process. Martine is very attentive and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her.
