Marty and her team were very great to work with on the sale of our home. Everyone on her team was extremely responsive and always glad to answer any questions we had. Marty and her crew were always there whenever we needed an answer or a valid piece of information. Updates were frequent and provided pertinent information. Pricing was important and she took the time to review who, why and when an interested buyer would find our home the right fit. We had several people view the home and a few offers as well. Luckily we had a buyer that was right for our location. Of course we were informed of every aspect of our possible buyers and - Voila! With Marty in the drivers seat, our house was already sold. On a personal note, I am a recent widow - and going through selling my home that I had with my husband for 39 years was pretty traumatic.
