This was my second time working with Mary Jean. During my first experience, she helped my wife and I purchase our first home. This time around she helped us sell that very same home and purchase a new one. Buying and selling at the same time was a very stressful process, and without Mary Jean's guidance and knowledge I don't think we would have gotten it done. We were against selling our current home prior to looking for a new one and wanted everything to work out perfectly, but most of the time that just isn't feasible. Mary Jean convinced my wife and I to first get our place under contract, then look for our new home which couldn't have worked out better. She was also pivotal in the purchase of our new home. If it weren't for Mary Jean's experience and communication skills, I don't think we would have ended up with the house we fell in love with. Long story short... Mary Jean gets it done!

My experience with Michael was truly exceptional. He displayed great responsiveness, negotiating skills, organization and professionalism. He found us a place we would have never imagined in record time and got us everything we wanted out of the deal. I have since recommended Michael to 3 family/friends and they have all had similar results.

Very helpful, made the entire experience a breeze. Found a plethora of possible locations based on the criteria we provided her, so we had plenty of viable options.

From start to finish, every aspect of Mary Jean's engagement was far superior than any other real estate transaction I have ever experienced. In fact throughout the process, she went far above and beyond the normal scope of a real estate agent. Mary Jean has immense knowledge of her business as well as here customers needs and wants. She's knows no boundaries in terms of her desire to assist. My experience with Mary Jean was not a Real Estate transaction, it was a true partnership where my best interests were served. This is clearly one of the many differentiators Mary Jean brings to the table. I would not think twice about using her again and again. I was very pleased with the service Mary Jean provided. She was flexible with the listing contract, was readily available, and did a good job marketing the home.
