Mary was absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. For first time home buyers, she was able to help us out with all of our questions. She was quick to reply, and held our hands a long the way. Everyone says that buying a home is stressful, but not with Mary. We absolutely loved our experience with Mary!

Mary went far above and beyond in helping us get our house ready to sell. This was the second time we used her, the first being in 2014 when she both sold our townhouse as well as found us this house. She has always listened to what our needs and desires were, and has given great feedback. This second sale had her facing a home not anywhere near ready for selling, yet a deadline due to a new job in a new state looming over. Mary aimed her precision powers at the disaster that was our home and lickety split she had that place shining! And she got us $50k over asking to boot! I wholeheartedly recommend Mary West to buy or sell or both anything you’re looking to buy/sell. She is miracle worker, no exaggeration.

Very responsive, Very patient , people's person, She was honest and forthright. Customer satisfaction is her top priority. She listed my place in June and we close in July, at the asking price. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Got the best price for my condo. Highly recommended! we felt lucky to find Mary !

Mary is awesome. She signed me up for a service that emailed me properties within my parameters which made things much easier for both of us. I had interest in a few different properties that were not necessarily close in proximity but she came out to show me what I wanted and when I could do it. I've bought and sold homes in the past and this is by far the best experience I've had with a realtor. Always courteous, prompt and with a smile. She even stopped once to show me a place on her way out of town (husband and kids packed up in the car even. She definitely goes the extra mile for her clients.

Mary worked tirelessly on our behalf, whether it was selling the townhouse or showing us properties in the evenings, on weekends and at a moment's notice. Nothing fazed her, she was an ocean of calm during some very trying times. This is our second time having Mary for our realtor and it won't be the last. Personally I recommend her to everyone I know, heck even to people I meet! My only issue is what we will do if we move out of state... maybe she will take a trip?
