Mary knows her people and businesses: buyers, sellers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, escrow and title, attorneys, recording, and contractors and tradespeople - everyone! She is knowledgeable about all the important details and went the extra mile to provide service even after the purchase was finalized. Mary knew we were the right purchasers for the sellers' house, and for the neighborhood, and guided us through every step of the process of becoming homeowners. We are now in our forever home in the 'hood and town we love - thank you, Mary!

My husband and I were retired and looking for a one level ranch style home so I wouldn't have to climb stairs etc. Mary was so helpful throughout the whole transaction. She answered any questions we had and worked to make the whole process a breeze. We have been in our home for 3 years now and still are amazed that we were able to buy our dream home each day. We would recommend Mary to anyone who needed a professional to help with their needs. She is also one of the nicest people I know.

Hard to say enough good things about Mary, she was super responsive in a very active market. Her insight about local neighborhoods and market conditions was invaluable and she was obviously concerned with helping us find the right place for us and not just make a quick sale. She and our mortgage broker pushed through all the red tape at speed that astounded my coworkers despite post-inspection negotiations.

Mary Wikstrom went above and beyond in helping me to purchase a home in Astoria, Oregon. I was only able to be in town for one day and it was over a holiday weekend. She had an extensive list of properties and showings ready for me when I arrived. She dedicated the entire day to showing me properties and touring around the town. Her knowledge of the town and the different housing areas was excellent. Her help through the purchasing process was above and beyond by meeting with inspectors and contractors for me since I couldn't be there. I have never met such a helpful and honest realtor.

Mary was a calming and capable presence amidst the storm of my mother's passing and trying to sort out her estate. I live over 3,000 miles away from her home and Mary made the distance feel like a non-issue. She is trust-worthy, thoughtful and made what was going to be a very difficult process go incredibly smoothly. When I was told that my mother's home would be wroth a certain amount, Mary assessed it quickly with a much higher amount than I had previously been told. She was completely accurate in her assessment and saved me from working with someone who was not qualified or knowledgeable about the market. I cannot thank her enough for her time and energy. She went way above and beyond the call of duty and I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
