Matt helped me buy a property in 2009 and to sell it in 2022. Both experiences working with Matt were extremely positive. He knows the local market well, is very professional, and is very responsive. He is well connected with different vendors, so he can quickly arrange for new paint, carpet, and handyman/remodels prior to selling, as was necessary for my property. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Matt helped me buy my first house 10 years ago. He convinced me it was the right time to buy and he sure was right. Fast forward to 2020 and my house more than doubled in value! My now family of 3 was ready to find our forever home. We didn’t hesitate to retain Matt as our agent once again. This time he helped us sell and buy. Knowing this was our first time selling, Matt put us at ease during the process and encouraged us to make the right improvements prior to selling. He helped get our house in tip-top shape and it showed great. We got 11 offers (nearly all of them over asking) and it ended up going for $65,000 over the listing price. He took the time to answer our many questions and got us in a great position to quickly turn around and hit the market to now look for our forever home. When we found the home we wanted, we told Matt and he simply made it happen. He helped us stand out from other buyers in a very competitive market. One of our main concerns during both the selling and buying process was keeping safe during the pandemic. Matt was very accommodating to our concerns and made sure all safety protocols were followed. We had listed our house with another agent and had little traffic and only one offer below asking for two months. Matt came in with professional photographers, classy fliers and within one month had our home in escrow for 11K over asking price. He’s is amazing !

Matt is a very professional agent who went above and beyond to get us our dream home. We had been looking for a house around the Bay Area for months before meeting Matt.
