Matt helped us both buy a new house and sell our old one, and made the process SO easy for us along the way! We really appreciated his knowledge of the market and the buying and selling process, and he was also very quick to communicate with us every step of the way. We aren’t planning on moving again anytime soon, but if/when we do, we absolutely plan to use Matt again as our realtor!

When we first met Matt he was knowledge in the area housing market ie: past sales and homes on the market. He was enthusiastic that he could sale our home in just a few weeks at a good price. Before Matt left our home my wife and I decided to trust his knowledge and the information he had shared with us. He kept us informed on events and even though the first offer on the house did not pan out, the house was sold to the 2nd family that made an offer. The house was on the market from October 18th and we closed on December 17th, 2019. Any decisions that we were unsure of what to decide we went along with Matt's recommendation and the results were outstanding every time. My wife and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Matt was very helpfully during our lot purchase. He would always check in with us to see if we had any questions or needed any help with anything during the closing process. I would definitely referral friends or family to Matt.
