I got Matt’s name through a family member and came to find out he had worked a lot with my mortgage broker before. I knew right away Matt was the right realtor for me. I was searching for a home in the area he works in, but what I wanted for my price range was going to be a hard find. Working with Matt made my home buying experience fun and stress free. He was on top of the market the whole time and made himself available right away to look at new homes that popped up. Being a first time homebuyer having an experienced, trustworthy, knowledgeable agent like Matt to guide me through this process was exactly what I needed. He always answered my calls or texts right away and kept me informed about everything going on with all of my offers.
