I had a great experience working with Matthew on the purchase of my condo. As a first time homebuyer Matthew was very helpful in explaining to me the process every step of the way! I would definitely recommend Matthew as a real estate agent to work with in the Atlanta area!

Matt helped me sell my home and he truly made the process and seamless as possible. He was communicative and responsive to my inquiries. He also respected my boundaries in regards to when I wanted to have people view my home. I didn’t want to be hastily informed of last minute viewing and had requested them to fall within specific time frames. Matt never once asked to break those requests and worked with buyers agents to respect those as well. My biggest compliment is that he was honest with me. He would temper my expectations and show me the data to back up his professional opinion. At the end of the deal both the buyer and myself walked away pleased with the agreed upon deal, and I know Matt is a large part of the reason. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an agent and an advocate.

Mr. Griffin is very professional and work hard to sell your property. He has a beautiful personality and is knowledgeable. Mr. Griffin took pictures of property and it was viewed on several websites. He will keep you informed of any progress in your property. He also try to get the best price for the property. They took care of cutting the grass. He removed trash from the house and storage shed.

Matt is hands down the most responsive and diligent real estate professional I've dealt with. Matt helped me find and purchase our first home and I couldn't be more please with how easy he made the process. I had a few buddies buying homes at the same time and they had hoops to jump through. Matt made it to where I had ZERO troubles and if there was a hiccup, I knew before anyone else.

We met Matthew after inquiring about a property online. He was very responsive and eager to help in our search for a small house for our young professional/ post-grad children. I'll also say he had a lot of patience, as we looked at a few very different areas around town over a 4 or 5-month period. Because we had not narrowed down the neighborhood, he relied heavily on an automated search. As a result, we didn't feel like we got much inside market knowledge. In the past, we experienced much more hands-on, proactive searching by agents. Maybe this is just the way things are now, but we would have liked a more personal touch, having the agent pre-screen and preview the options more. In negotiations, we felt afterward like we probably gave too much control to the seller, as they had more intimate understanding of the repair needs and associated costs. We should have had our own estimates done so we had more bargaining power. All in all, we enjoyed working with Matthew and believe he will develop his business and knowledge to be a strong agent. Would not hesitate to recommend him!
