I started looking for a home in March of 2020, and I have been with Matt for 3 years to find the perfect place. During our time together, Matt was dedicated, loyal, responsive, and a fierce advocate for me through and through. It felt like I was working with family by the end. He made sure everything about the process was clear, and as a first time homeowner, that is key. He is absolutely outstanding with his knowledge of real estate and the area and knowing what homes work for your vision. I cannot recommend working with Matt enough. Do not hesitate on using Matt; he will help you get your dream house no matter how long it takes!

Overall he's a professional fighter who was able to assist me in making a good decision base several concerns I have as new resident, conduct remote viewings of several properties and help me navigate utility connectivity for the property purchased.

After this two month process of buying my first house, I can proudly say that Matt is the most reliable agent you can ask for when buying a house! During this time, his communication has been fast and informative; whenever he learned about something new coming up, he let me know immediately. When going through the initial options of houses on the market, he was very open to figuring out which house would fit you the best, provided you give him the details of what you want in a house, of course! Being a resident in Corning, you can't ask for a better agent to help you find a home within the Southern Tier, he knows his home and he did an amazing job showing that. My favorite aspect of my time working with Matt was how great of a conversationalist he is! Throughout the whole process, I've had a lot of fun talking with him and it made what was a tough time turn out to be very enjoyable. Pair this with the communication I mentioned and you've got the perfect combo for an awesome agent! I cannot recommend anyone other than Matt and if I hear that someone needs an agent, I'm always going to point them towards Matt! He's more than earned my five star review and I'm happy to type all this out! I'm excited for my new home and it's thanks to his hard work!
