Matt is highly recommended. I moved out of state and decided to sell a rental property. He helped me coordinate all of the renovations to get the property on the market at a good price. His team kept me up to date throughout the process and I could not have made it happen without them.

I need to start out by saying, I can be a difficult customer. Buying a house can bring those issues to the forefront as it's a stressful process to begin with. Couple that with the fact that I was buying a house from out of state and you have a recipe for problems on top of problems. This was not the case with Matthew. No matter what concerns came up, Matthew resolved each and every item with diligence, immediacy and professionalism each and every time. I would call him during the day, during non-business hours and even on the weekends and he would be there for me. I was lucky to have found him as I went on my quest to make Shreveport my new home. Then the ultimate test took place. Yes, the ice age fell upon the area. Guess what? Matthew was there for me then as well. He turned off water lines, made sure he heat was in proper order and kept me informed during these stressful times. I couldn't have made it without his caring and professionalism.

Matthew was so helpful and courteous! He took so much of the stress and confusion out of the purchasing process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Matt has helped facilitate a number of purchases for my company and I haven't encountered anyone as dedicated as he is. I look forward to working with him for a long time to come as he not only knows the process to buying a property, but he has networked with numerous people that are able to take care of issues that need to be resolved. I couldn't speak more highly of Matt.

This agent was very responsive at all times, even when I called him at midnight after breaking my toilet the night before the 8am buyer's inspection of my home. He calmed me down during the stressful times of selling and buying a home. He always had affirmative answers to the questions or concerns I had and was very knowledgeable about the business ins and outs. He is calm and reassuring and just as he said, everything turned out fine. I felt he was really working hard and working every angle to make the sale happen. It worked! I would highly recommend Matthew Stevens if you are buying or selling a home.
