We were extremely impressed when we first met Maureen. She was the most professional, prepared, and engaging realtor we spoke with. That initial impression continued throughout the process with the stager and photographer Maureen brought in and the marketing activities she employed to drive in buyers. Maureen's perseverance in holding the open houses was key to finding our buyer. We also appreciated Maureen's experience, advice, and ability to keep the process moving forward in what at times appeared to be a whirlwind of craziness.

Maureen is wonderful to work with and knows the area and real estate business very well. She thinks ahead and is aware of any situation that may come up and she guides you professionally throughout the entire experience. We moved to Massachussetts in 2014 and Maureen help us find the perfect house and was conscious of our future possible need for resale value and ease of selling by being in a highly desireable area. We decided to move in 2020 and wouldn't even consider working with anyone but Maureen again. She sold our house for us very quickly and easily. If we ever relocated to the area we would immediately contact Maureen with our intentions. She is very smart, personable and fun to work with on a difficult important life decision. Simply put, she is the best!!!!

Maureen was a fantastic help in our home search when we re-located to central Massachusetts. She recommended some areas we had not even thought of! When we found our home, she helped immensely in doing research on the property and was a great advocate negotiating a fair price. She was always willing to take our calls and answer our questions about how the home buying process was changing with COVID restrictions.

We cannot say enough great things about Maureen. When our search first began, we were looking all over the place ...North Shore, MetroWest, Worcester County...and everywhere in between! Maureen stuck with us offering guidance along the way while we decided what we wanted for our growing family. She was very responsive to emails and sharp in her assessment of various situations that came up along the way. With her extensive experience, we were able to find our dream home in a great area and gained a new friend! Thanks for everything, Maureen!

We worked with Maureen for a year, and she helped us immensely in navigating through this complex process. Through the numerous open houses we went to, to finally settling on new construction, Maureen was with us each step of the way. She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, truthful and kind.
