What could have been very awkward because of a relocation and death during the listing and sale period worked out very well because of Max's efforts. My sister-in-law moved from Charleston, W VA to Kansas after having listed her house. Max kept her informed along with way and made frequent visits to the home to assure all things were in good order. Before my sister-in-law passed away we managed, with Max's help, to establish a TOD on the home such that the sales went thru without a hitch.

Max was welling go out his way to help out went looking for home. He never give up in help finding home after bad dead end i came cross. He event help me out get some junk clear out of the house.

Mr Lewis’ performance as our agent went smoothly! He was personable and made us feel assured he was working hard to market our house. He was very helpful to handle tasks for us as we do not live close to property. Mr Lewis was always available and answered all our questions and or needs. He made available to us his knowledge of repairmen, lawn services, and all other people needed to prepare house for closing. We would definitely recommend Mr. Lewis as a realtor
