I highly recommend Matt Shephard for your realty needs. He’s extremely trustworthy and will knowledgeably guide you through the entire process. He made the sale of my home very stress free. He was there helping every step of the way! The home he just helped me sell was the same home I bought 17 years ago with him as the realtor. I talked to 4 other realtors while I was thinking about selling, but so glad I picked Matt Shephard. He picked up the reigns and made the entire process happen seamlessly. I will definitely use him again for buying or selling properties.

Matt did an amazing job. He was super efficient. The whole process was so easy. He kept us in the loop on every step of the process. We are out of town house sellers and he took care of everything. From a quick sale through the escrow. We could not be happier. We would highly recommend his services for anyone looking to sell.
