I've had the pleasure of working with Meagan on 2 occasions now and she was more than a huge help to me during the search time frame , negotiating price, loan process, the actual purchase process including my closing on both properties. She was there for any and all question I may have had concerning anything . And she knew and informed me of everything needed prior to purchasing through her, very impressive, very knowledgeable, very kind and very helpful. Meagan went above and beyond what most realtors would not even consider taking the time to help someone with. She's truly an angel in my eyes and I will be using none other when and if I buy again and when I go to sell my home. On all points she goes above and beyond and deserves nothing less than a raving 5 star review from me. Outstanding work Meagan and thank you so much!

I tried, for three months, to sell my condo on my own. I listed on a very popular real estate web site, Zillow, but received very little response. It seemed to me that buyers were more comfortable talking with real estate agents. I decided to list with an agent. Several agents had contacted me to assist in the sale of my condo. I met with several agents and decided to go with Meagan based on several factors. She presented herself well and demonstrated knowledge of the current real estate market. She also came across as honest, and with the Keller Williams name behind her, I knew this was my agent. The Destin real estate market can be turbulent. After just 3 or 3 and a half months my condo was sold. Meagan did everything she said she was going to do. I'm overall happy with the whole process. Thanks Meagan.

Meagan, has been fantastic. She has always stayed in constant rapid communication throughout the whole process. My wife and I are new at the house buying process and we had constant questions, she was always able to answer, because she stay current with all the constantly changing real estate processes.

Meagan was the best helping me and my fiancé find our dream house. She was very flexible with our schedule and always told us the honest truth, not just trying to make a sale but actually help us find the perfect home for us. Even when we wanted to see the same house 2 or 3 times she was always so nice and helpful and very knowledgeable which helped us a lot since we were first time homebuyers. We ended up buying an amazing home that we absolutely love and we are so thankful Meagan was there to help us in this experience. I would highly recommend Meagan Spears to anyone looking to buy a home.
