We met Megan a week before we decided to buy a house, at an open house she was hosting in Ft. Thomas, that we attended. We liked the house but knew it was not for us, but we talked a lot with the realtor (Megan) and realized she was the person to help us find our home. The next week week we attended another open house in Ft. Thomas that we fell in love with but didn't know where to go next. Having Megan's card in my wallet from the week prior i decided to give her a call. She showed up 15 min later and helped us buy the house of our dreams. I could not recommend her more to help you buy or sell.

We recently used Megan's services for both buying and selling homes in Fort Thomas, KY. Megan was very responsive, holding open houses and working with us to make sure we were aware of new listings and getting us in to see them very quickly while working around our schedules. She was able to understand our areas of both flexibility and inflexibility when looking for a house to suit our needs. If you are buying or selling a home in Fort Thomas, I would highly recommend using Megan due to her knowledge of the city and relationship with other realtors in town.

Megan is a great realtor. She was able to locate a wide variety of homes that fit my eclectic (some would say confused :-) ) taste in housing. She was never high pressure, like other realtors with whom I have dealt, and seemed most interested in my happiness with the home. She effectively leverages technology when you get to making an offer on a house, so there's not the lag you would ordinarily have with having to go sign paperwork or go find a fax machine.<br/><br/>Bottom line, when I need a realtor in the future, she's the first one I'm going to contact.
