First of all our story was that we bought a house in TX when we were living in Wisconsin. Our very first phone call with Megan was on a weekend day while she's still on vacation(happened to be in Wisconsin), she was very responsive and patiently answered all of our questions. This is our first home so Megan helped us a lot with explaining things, and while we were out of town she went through all the houses we found on the internet and took videos for us. Once we found "the one" she was very supportive with the negotiation and walked us through the whole process. We literally replied on her on so many things, and I believe this home buying experience also built a solid friendship foundation for us.

We had a particularly challenging move coming from Asia and needing to purchase a home quickly that met all of our needs. Megan was amazing during the process: from Zoom calls while we were still overseas to marathon home visits over a very short period of time. Megan took the time to understand our needs and she worked tirelessly to find us the right home. Additionally, Megan knows everyone in the Bryan / College Station area and was so helpful with scheduling minor repairs to our home. As an added benefit Megan was extremely knowledgeable with the VA housing process and really understood the stressors military families endure when moving. In all, we give Megan our highest possible recommendation.
