When we decided to buy a house with my wife, we thought that we should first find a good real estate agent in order to buy a good house. One of my friend recommended me a real estate agent who is Mel. We didn't know her, but she instilled great confidence in us from the very first day, as if we had known her for 40 years. We were very pleased with Mel's patient and sincere attitude in responding to our requests throughout our house search. For example, whenever we called her, she gave satisfactory answers to our questions and demands. To summarize briefly, before we met Mel, buying a house seemed worrying to my wife and me, but after Mel and we started looking for a house, it turned out to be a great pleasure for us and we finally bought a house. The house has met our expectations. My wife and I are very grateful to her.

Mel is excellent !!! She is expertise at her job and she is very trustable at doing the best for her client. She sold out my property as well as she found tenant for my another property. She knows the whole area very well. She is always availiable. She always explains whole process in details which gives the client more comfort.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experiences with Mel while shopping for and eventually buying our first house. I was a little hesitant about entering the hot market in Raleigh when we did but Mel approached our house hunting just as I desired (comparable to noncommittal window shopping). She seemed to genuinely enjoy visiting and touring houses with us--and piecing together our differing interests and priorities to find common ground and, eventually, the perfect house for my husband and I. She was a shark during negotiations with the seller's agent and kept us (as skittish 'first time' buyers) on course when a few hiccups presented themselves. She's surrounded herself with an impressive team of professionals (from your lender needs to your inspection and everything in between). From the first house we toured to the day of closing, Mel was available whenever needed. My husband and I are beyond grateful that we chose Mel to represent us and guide us through the craziness that is the housing market in Raleigh.
