Melanee and her team were the best! My father had passed away and I needed to sell his home in Coos Bay. I did not know where to start in the home selling process. I searched local agents through google and came across Melanee, she had great reviews so I decided to give her a call. When we met she was so professional and understanding. She was super informative of the entire process. I live out of state and she handled everything so smoothly, she kept in contact with me and I was able to call her with any questions and she was always available to speak with me. Melanee was a true lifesaver in our home sale process. She gave us good direction for how much to list the house for, what kinds of things we needed to do to get it ready for the market. When we began contract negotiations etc., Melanee kept things moving and was always there to guide us when we had questions etc. The buyers agent was very non-responsive most of the time and Melanee had to push to keep the process moving. She was honest, professional and always there when we needed guidance. I wish there was a way for us to give her all the agents fee instead of splitting it with the other agent who did nothing.

We used Melanee to purchase our house in 2016 and again in 2021 to sell it. She is the best realtor on the Southern Oregon Coast. She is prompt, polite, dedicated, and hard working. Along with her work ethic, her willingness to go the extra mile is what sets her apart from the rest. It was a privilege to work with her on both occasions and we will definitely do again if needed.

Melanee is a very wonderful person she helped me very much in getting my house while I was in Idaho and in Coos Bay. Melanee is great she knows the area well and gets things done when working with, and helps you out when needed for anything so melanee is loved and caring person that will do anything to help someone who needs it.

Melanee a great realtor. She real goes above and beyond for her clients. Including getting floor sample and showing floor guys the house so I could get bids on flooring since I was at work. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
