Very impressed with this realtor. She listed this property and had many inquiries after listing With a contract within 30 days. She constantly cut me in the loop throughout the process touching base with me at least once weekly. I HIGHLY recommend that you consider working with Jim Radley whether listing or wanting to sell your Northern New York property! From the moment of our first meeting, I have been 100% satisfied (amazed, really) at Jim's knowledge and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond with advice, consideration and hard work from the date of listing to our closing two days ago. I held a real estate sales license myself for 18 years so I knew what I was looking for and Jim delivered. To add to the challenge, we worked long-distance as we live in South Carolina, it was in the "dead" of a Jefferson County winter AND, the final weeks were impacted by stay-at-home orders in response to the worldwide coronavirus pandemic!
