This review is well overdue, but I’ve been busy getting settled into my new home that wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for Melanie! From the beginning with me contacting her to inquire about purchasing, she has been an absolute gem! She was very responsive, answered all my questions, and was so positive throughout the whole process! Melanie was definitely a calm to my storm and reassured me that home buying was not impossible, even with my budget! Now a week in after closing, I can take a deep breath and enjoy the home that was waiting just for me! When I do this again in the future, there will be no questions asked about who I choose to represent me. I’ve not only gained an honest, trustworthy, and hardworking realtor, but I’ve indeed gained a friend! Oh and did I mention from beginning to end the whole process took less than 2 months?! Thank you for everything Melanie!

Melanie made buying a home FUN! We were in RI so we Facetimed with her through many houses! She went above and beyond helping us find the perfect home and negotiating the right price! She also became a great friend!

This was the second time we've used Melanie in our home journey. We were fortunate to find her when we purchased our home moving to Auburn in 2019. We had a great experience with and specifically asked the relocation company if we could use her to sell our home as we relocated. In both instances, Melanie was very professional, attentive, and communicated well. Melanie was a pleasure to get to know. Both transactions happened quickly and without incident. If we come back to the area, we'll definitely look to use her again.

There’s so many wonderful things I can say about my experience working with Melanie to sale my home. However, I’ll keep it short and sweet.
