Melanie was such a joy to work with! She made one of the biggest decisions of our lives feel not so overwhelming. She truly went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. She was very attentive and easy to communicate with. One thing that really stuck to us is how much she made us feel like the priority. She had fast responses to any of our questions and was always very flexible with us. She truly pours her whole heart into the families she works for. We are happy our paths crossed.

Melanie was awesome to work with. She was very responsive to anything we asked for or any question/ problem we ran into. She helped make the process so easy and smooth and took care of everything for us that she could. I would recommend her to anyone.

Melanie was the perfect realtor for me buying my first home. As a young single female who didn't know much about the home buying process, I was nervous to get an agent and to go about the process. But from the very start to very end, Melanie was extremely kind, positive, and helpful in explaining the process to me, being encouraging and beliving in me that we would find a home I loved. I did!!! I *adore* my house. Melanie knew how much I loved it and helped me to make a competive offer that won out over 7 other offers. She continued to be very helpful throughout the contract stage, signing, and even kept in touch after to ensure I was settled in with thoughtful touches. I'm so appreciative and highly recommend working with her.
