Rachelle did an outstanding job with assisting me in purchasing a duplex. Her expertise in the market geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area. Rachelle was very involved in all aspects of the closing, her friendly advice was responsive and she set up regular check-ins and always gave great advice. I would highly recommend her.
