Melissa is an awesome realtor. She helped us so much and i truly don't think I can't thank her enough. She is very smart and is honest with you. She will tell you what she thinks the worth is of a house, whether above or below what an asking price is. She isn't just trying to get you to buy a house and move onto her next client. She understands what you want and gives you an ifes if its going to be worth your time and money, especially if you're looking at a fixer/upper. She also made closing as easy as someone could ask for along with making sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much Melissa.

Melissa was amazing in helping my husband and I find and buy our first home. We were in sort of a time crunch with our son on the way. She was super accommodating, especially with my crazy work schedule. She helped us navigate through all the paperwork as well. Melissa is also the only affiliate in the area for the Homes for Hero's program, which assists veterans, healthcare workers, and other public service workers in home ownership. I highly recommend working with Melissa.

Very informative and thorough. Always pleasant in every conversation and point of discussion. She was also timely as to when it was the appropriate time for a market price adjustment, while being very conscious of maximizing the selling price to us as the seller. We would highly recommend Melissa to anyone interested in selling their property.

Very easy to work with. We put my moms house on the market in the fall right before the holidays. I was amazed that within 4 months I had accepted an offer. Many houses in the neighborhood and some of the comp properties Melissa used were on the market well before ours and are still on the market now. Would definitely recommend her and will use her when we decide to sell our own home.

Melissa is a fantastic realtor. This was the second time she has helped us get our "dream home" She was always willing to listen and answer any questions or concerns we had. She sold our house in 13 days! And allowed us to get our forever home the very next day! She is one of the best out there, and would suggest anyone looking for a very knowledgeable realtor to give her a call! She knows the Wausau area market inside and out. And she is honest and upfront.
