Melissa was simultaneously professional and warm from our first meeting. We feared activity would slow down when the pandemic hit shortly after signing the listing agreement with Melissa. Instead, she was full speed ahead...staging our property, creating virtual tours, and truly working harder than ever to make the sale. She constantly kept us updated on showings and feedback. Her dedication paid off in a quick sale very near to our asking price. We would recommend very highly working with Melissa as a realtor!

I've bought 4 houses in my life and this was easily the best experience I've ever had buying a house. We were buying this house long distance and it would not have been possible at all without Melissa's support and expertise. We saw the house online and asked Melissa to take a look at it for us. She had been honest about the other houses we asked her to look at, so when she came back and said this was a great place, we knew we could believe her. The seller wanted a quick closing, and Melissa made the process so easy that it went by without a hitch. She was everything we wanted in a realtor and I could not imagine anyone else doing a better job than she did.

Fast, wonderful, reliable and thoughtful are all words that come to mind when I think about Melissa and her team. We had such a wonderful experience working with her from the very start to the very end. She took the stress right off of our shoulders and sold our house so fast, it was unbelievable. Nothing but the highest praises to Melissa. She was a Godsend!

Melissa, as part of the island girl team was such an asset in the purchase aof our new home and sale of our previous residence. I would get updates from her on the team's progress on my homes minimum daily. She was always available for any stupid question I had and handled it with complete professionalism and knowledge. I cannot give 10 stars or I would have.
