Excellent for both buying and selling. We purchased our house with Melissa 's help 4 years ago. We then also had her sell our house just this year. Melissa goes above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly when buying/selling a house. She sold our house in a few hours of listing it. Super patient.

On August 3, 2015, I met with Melissa to look at a house on McElroy St in Wharton. In the process of looking at the house. I stepped down from the living room area and fell. Melissa gave me my buyer's report after my fall that stated she was suppose to warn buyer that the dining area was one level down. I had second thoughts about this incident but continued to work with her. Later, I decided to wait and look later at houses, just lost interest. She was a nice agent. Just wished that she had taken the time to read the buyers report before my fall.
