Melissa is very well versed in the St. Petersburg area market as well as real estate trends in general. She is a very responsive individual and all you could ask for in a real estate agent.

I met Melissa after I had worked with & parted ways with 3 other agents during my relocation to FLA from Ohio. I've bought & sold many houses, and she is unmatched in professionalism, caring, & honesty. She told me what areas to avoid, where the best resale market will be, and even advised when I "fell in love" with a house that she knew wasn't for me. I've since recommended her to my clients moving from overseas, and they have been thrilled. She sold me my first home in FLA, we sold that one 3 years later and she found me my dream house - under budget on the water this year. Oh & she is an amazing negotiator as well. :-)
