Knowledgable,? professional, friendly and responsive. Two teriffic people to work with. We worked with Mendi and Kelly for 5 months in a very challenging market to find a home. They work very closely together, so one of them always available to get additional information about homes and to show the homes that we selected to view. They showed us some homes in person, and others via video which was very helpful since we were 1,500 miles away for much of the time that we were searching. Both Mendi and Kelly were always upbeat and optimistic, even after we were out-bid on a number of homes. When we finally got an offer accepted, they handled all of the inspection, contracts, and closing in a very efficient manner. You won't find two better people to work with.

Kelly was super helpful throughout the whole process! She was very responsive whenever I had any questions and alleviated the stressors of buying a house, especially in this market!

From the first contact with Kelly we were taken care of. Kelly kept in touch and made the home buying experience very easy and left us feeling comfortable with the process. She was very personable and came to the appointments with all of her ducks in a row. I’d imagine her entire team is the exact same way. Thank you!

My husband and I closed on our first home together this week and we could not have done it without the help of Mendi and Kelly. We started our search a little less than two months ago and the 2021 Denver Market (and nationally) has been wild. We were new to the area and really leaned on Mendi and Kelly for recommendations and advice. The advice we received from family/friends to see houses multiple times at different times of the day did not apply due to low inventory and high demand. Mendi and Kelly were there to help us navigate through this new market and were able to accommodate day of or next day showings to ensure we would be able to put in an offer. While we did lose out on a few offers we made, Mendi and Kelly did not bat an eye at the thought of having to write up another offer letter. Full Disclosure: When we first started our home search, we reached out to Mendi and one other realtor. The other realtor was in her early 20's and we wanted to get a feel for who would work harder for us. Within the first day of speaking to Mendi, we received countless homes through the MLS site and we scheduled 5-7 house showings that first week! The other realtor paled in comparison and we moved forward with Mendi and Kelly. This team knows how to hustle and they have their clients best interests at heart. We never felt pressured to buy and they dealt with my Type A, anxious, new homebuyer annoyances with grace. You will not be disappointed with the level of service this team will provide.
