Micha was awesome! I sold an estate property in SC while living in another state. Micah employed technology to secure signatures and scheduled all vendor repairs to the property! All I had to do was e-sign documents and write checks to the vendors. A super nice guy that made a daunting process seem effortless. Super appreciative for Micha and his team!

Micah and his team gave excellent advice on what needed to be improved to make the house easier to sell. He was easy to work with and easy to communicate with. He was extremely positive, knowledgeable, responsive and stress-free to work with. We plan to use this team to purchase our next property.

The Winn Group is truly amazing! Jonathan Winn got me super excited for home ownership, while also teaching about the ins and outs as a first time home buyer without making me feel dumb. What truly made this process amazing was that I put in my offer on October 5th and closed on the 26th. While everything happened very quickly, I was still kept in the loop even while working a full-time and part-time job. I was able to connect with Jonathan and the loan agent during off-hours and when it was convenient for me (which was very hard lol)! Jonathan's professionalism in the real-estate market is second to none! His team had created a housing search based on what we were looking for. There was never an attempt made to push more house on us than we could afford. Jonathan catered to every need we had, any question that was asked, he went above and beyond what we expected when we signed a contract to have Winn Property Group as a realtor! We would get an email alert each time a new listing came available that matched what we were looking for. The day the house we purchased hit the market, Jonathan had us under contract by 9pm that evening! We closed in less than 30 days. Jonathan went to bat during the process of negotiating with the homeowners! We were promptly informed of every detail during the entire 28 days it took to close on our house.
