We worked with Payne as a buyers agent when moving from Kansas City to Roanoke and he was great to work with. He was willing to view houses on video calls with us, he was able to perform final walk-throughs and coordinate all the repairs which was excellent since we were remote. He also did a great job both negotiating cost due to appraisal values amd negotiating for repairs. Would highly recommend.

Payne was amazing to deal with, and his response time was quick at any time of the day. I brought him a tough deal for a house and he assisted in communications with the seller, and with the bank. He was extremely patient and found a way to make the sale work. I highly recommend him for all your real-estate needs.

Payne was knowledgeable on mini farms and the type of property I was looking for. He made me feel at ease and was not pushy. He was also available ASAP when I would find property I was interested in looking at . He also has a sense of humor. Which helps during a time when you are making a purchase as big as your home .
