Michael was right on in pricing and in getting us ready for showing. He was of great help in resolving a lot line issue (a fairly common issue with lake lots). The brochure he created for us and for showing was professional and very well done. The sale and closing was very smooth. We would recommend Michael any time.

I highly recommend Mike Carlson as your realtor. In addition to helping sell our house at the price we wanted, after other realtors had tried and failed, there are two other things that deserve special mention about Mike. Mike is a great communicator. He worked effectively with our prospective buyers, for sure. And moreover, he worked effectively with the two of us, the sellers, through the whole process. As everyone knows, buying or selling a house can be stressful at times. And that can be tough on the people involved. Mike managed all of that very effectively. The other thing that really helped was that Mike handled everything with us over the phone, and through email messaging. In other words, we did not have to actually be there to get everything done. That gave us the freedom to move on our lives, with our new homes and jobs, while the process of marketing and selling our house proceeded, thanks to Mike handling it all on the local end. The signatures, even the closing, no longer require you to actually be present. This takes the time pressure off of you to sell, and you can afford to wait for an offer that you feel is fair and reasonable for your home. We had asked around for the best realtor in the area, and we are so grateful to have been recommended to work with Mike Carlson. And you will be too.
