From beginning to end, Michael was professional and knowledgeable. I purchased my home from out of state, sight unseen, which created another level of difficulty but he was able to ensure the house was going to be exactly what I needed. Michael was able to navigate complexities with my escrow which made buying my home as easy as possible. Michael is a great agent and a good man. Mike helped us find and purchase a home during what many people know as a CRAZY home buying market. Being from out of state, we had a million questions and concerns. Mike was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He knows the area and knows people - he has helped connect us with everyone and everything we needed, each step of the way. What could have been a stressful, frustrating house hunt, was an enjoyable adventure! Mike was wonderful to work with and we recommend him to everyone we know!

We lived in Arizona and we were going to be moving to Florida. We had Mike suggested to us by a Disney World podcaster, Lou Mongello. Lou gave us the best referral ever. Mike started working with us in August/September time frame. He never once made us feel like we were anything less than his number one priority. We were not able to be here for most of the buying process so he came and took care of mostly everything for us. We had a complicated seller to work with and lots of hiccups, none caused by Mike. He did everything he could to make the process smooth. If it wasn’t for him we would not have closed on our house when we did. He rallied the players we needed in the final hours to get our family the home we wanted, on New Years Eve nonetheless. He sat at the title agency with us on signing day for most of the day waiting for funds to go through. We appreciate the time he spent and thank his family for their patience too. He is a phenomenal person. We will definitely work with him again when we look to buy our next home! As a side note, we are huge Disney lovers and Mike is too, it made the process that much more delightful knowing he felt the same way about the area we were looking to buy and tried everything he could to get us the house and area we wanted.
