As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the process. Mike’s knowledge of the market and area put me at ease. I truly felt like Mike was on my team and always had my best interest in mind. I would recommend Mike and should I ever be looking to sell/buy again, he will be my first call.

Yesterday, Mike helped me close a sale on property that my parents had bought many years ago. This was the first experience I have had selling property and Mike was as helpful and patient as he could have been. The whole process from listing the property to the final close went so much quicker than I had anticipated. He explained everything clearly and concisely, and all communications with him were easy, timely, and so comfortable. There was no pressure, and no feeling of unease, no hint of any potential problem. He kept me at peace with the whole process. There was some delay on my part as I tried to dig through old files of my Mom (who died within the last 5 years) and my Dad (who died in the early 80s). Those file were buried deeply! Mike was patient and worked with me consistently to clarify exactly what was needed and what specific documents had to be found. He was very prompt in his communications with me and answered all questions quickly with positive encouragement. Mike is a great guy, but above that, I have no doubts about him or his character. I completely trust his honesty, integrity, compassion, competence, knowledge, skill level, and commitment to the highest level of service he can provide. I would use Mike again in a heartbeat! You won't go wrong with Mike. You can trust that your situation will be dealt with superbly on all levels. You won't be forgotten or confused or delayed by any lack on his part. I'm sure he'll be with you all the way -- quickly, efficiently, graciously, and successfully, just as he was with me.

Mike did an excellent job of helping us sell our property on the outskirts of Houston. He answered all our questions, gave good input and was extremely helpful in every way. Communication was good and he was easy to get in touch with by text or email. There was a small delay along the way because it took time for us to locate an important document for the sale. Mike was very patient however and went the extra mile to make certain that the sale stayed on the table. He was definitely looking out for us! I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Michael actually exceeded my expectations as a Real Estate Agent. He was always very prompt he kept the process moving and guided us every step of the way. He was always on time and always prepared. He was patient in reviewing and explaining the numerous documents. He had an extreme eye for detail in highlighting issues he felt may be important to us, good or bad about a home. His market knowledge was exceptional. He wasn't just trying to sell a house he helped us find the house right for us.”

Mike Goins helped my wife and I find a lake house in Conroe Texas. We found Mike to be extremely helpful and professional in our search. There was never any doubt he had our best interests as buyers on top of his priorities. At the start of our search, we told Mike what our budget was and the type of house we were interested in finding. He never tried to upsell us or convince us we should modify our search. Since we live 85 miles away from Conroe it was no small matter to make the trip to look at prospective houses, so Mike always had several to look at and they were always available for us to view. In addition to Mike's professional conduct the web-site portal his office uses is very impressive and helped to keep us up to date on any new listings or changes in current listings. All in all our experience with Mike and Lake Homes Realty was very positive. I would recommend Mike and his company to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
