Mike is undoubtably the top realtor in Pagosa Springs. He listened to me and worked with me in establishing a fair price for my property. My property was unusual as I was selling 4 apartments and my house as one listing. If I had any questions, he answered them immediately. He never made me feel that a question was irrelevant. I was his priority as the seller and it was quite clear that he was working for me in all negotiations with prospective buyers.

Great people to work with. Knowledgeable of area and going rates. Timeline was given early in the purchasing process so we knew what to expect. Office staff was very friendly and helpful through the process.
