Sherri is excellent! Very knowledgeable, calm, and dedicated to her clients. From the moment we decided to sell our home, Sherri was on top of everything we needed. Even in the moments where we were stressed out or worried, Sherri kept a clear head and calming presence. We will absolutely use her again and recommend her to any of our friends or family that may be interested in buying or selling.

Sherri helped guide me through the entire process of purchasing my home. She recommended a mortgage company, loan professionals, inspectors, lawyers. She and her team handled everything. I basically just signed paperwork and submitted info via internet. I would definitely use Sherri and her team again for a future purchase or sale.??

Sherri was nothing more than amazing in helping my family into their first home! She's extremely responsive and will go out of her way to make sure the home you are getting into is perfect for you. We did not expect the entire home buying process to go as smoothly and quickly as it was with her. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell there home and would like a pleasant and swift process.

My husband and I worked with Sherri to find and purchase our first home in August. We chose to work with her because we were impressed by her years of experience and the years of experience of Mike McGavisk, who Sherri works with as part of the McGavisk Group. We met Sherri on July 19, and by August 31, we closed on our home, which I think is a pretty impressive turnaround. Buying a home for the first time is a big learning experience, and Sherri was there for us at every step to explain the process. She was incredibly responsive, available via phone or email at any time of the day. When we expressed interest in a listing she got us a showing as soon as possible and accompanied us to every one, even to the open house showings. When we wanted to make an offer she had everything ready to submit within an hour. She referred us to our mortgage loan officer and our inspector, both of whom were also great to work with. Buying a home is an intense experience. It's important to have a good team around you. Sherri was an invaluable addition to our team. She is also fun and kind and just a nice person all around, which made the whole process even better.

Mike and his team were kind and understanding as we went through the process of selling our house in Clayton, DE. He knew the market and set a realistic price to sell my house. I had a house that needed a specific buyer. Mike made it happen! Thanks Team MCGAVISK!
