Mike was fabulous to work with as we sold a family property in Naples, Florida. He negotiated a fair price and then proceeded to help with setting up contractors for some minor repairs. In addition, he helped to clean out the personal property because the family wasn’t able to manage it. He was diligent, cooperative and managed to smooth out some issues, as an only a true professional would! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

My wife & I worked with Mike to purchase a condo in Naples. Mike is a true professional with extensive knowledge of Naples and the surrounding market places. I used Mike to purchase my condo last August. He is the best agent I have ever worked with. He is customer focused and not looking for the quick sale/commission. I wanted to put offers on a couple properties and he recommended that I don't. Most agents would not do that because they would want the deal to go thru so they can benefit. I'm glad I listened to Mike because it turns out he was correct. We hit several roadblocks along the way but he was able to smooth things out which I did not think he would be able to do. Even after the sale closed and I moved in the unit a couple items needed big repairs and he took care of them at no cost to me when he did not have to. I highly recommend Mike.

While we were searching in Naples and the nearby areas, Mike spent a lot of time with us. We recently closed on a newer house in the East Naples area, and we adore the neighborhood. My son will be moving down from Chicago with his children, so we are currently working with him to find them a place to live. It was out first time using a REMAX agent and we were impressed. Anyone looking for a home in Naples should use his services, in our opinion.

I expressed interest in a home to buy six months ago. Mike contacted me immediately, and was extremely helpful in locating similar properties we might be interested. I found the right place within a couple of days of coming to Naples - Mike was also very helpful in the closing process and finding us some contractors and interior decorators to help us with the process. I recommend him highly!
