Mike was awesome to work with! From our first meeting (which was virtual since I was out of state) it was really clear that he was a chill, honest guy who was going to help my wife and me find the right house. When I asked to get a few virtual tours of some homes I was interested in he personally went out and filmed walk-throughs for me promptly. He was very helpful and knowledgable throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent the whole time! He also helped me go through the home inspection and discussed the findings with me like an experienced buddy who was helping me out. When we closed on a house, he held the keys for me (again, because I was out of state) and then met me at the house when I drove up here to give them to me. I was buying a house for the first time and really didn't know exactly what I was doing. Mike was so helpful during the whole process. He really took the stress out of it and made the whole experience really easy and smooth. Also, after the sale was complete he didn't just disappear. He keeps in contact with me and he hosts these really great events for people he's helped purchase a home. Really feels more like a family friend than just some guy I did business with once. I would highly recommend him to anyone! If you want a real estate agent you can trust, he is your guy.

This was our second time working with Michael on the selling of a home. He and his team are very professional and they are on top of their game at all times. They make what could be a very stressful process into an easy one guiding you through the it one step at a time. Their knowledge and expertise in the business makes them the best above every one else in the area. He was able to get top dollar for our property, beyond what we expected in this market. I will highly recommend him to anyone and if we were in the market again I would not consider anyone else.

Michael Wolters is the consummate professional. After a slow start with another broker. We heard the Josh Stern ad and fortunately connected with Mike. We knew after our interview Tharp this Mike had metrics and knowledge that would help us sell our home. We received a full price offer the first day with a back up offer. Mike was always available to answer our questions and concerns and guide us to a successful closing. Thank you Mike

It will be difficult to write this review without you as the reader, thinking it's fake. I assure you that it is legit. Michael Wolters is the man! He sold our house for $23k more than I thought it would. The process works, if you as the seller follow it, I do not see how the Stern Team could fail. When times get tough I often quote Rick Pitino "Larry Bird is not walking through that door!" Well he did this time, and he dropped a three-ball with a hand in his face! Thanks Mike, least I can do is write you a stellar review!

Michael went above and beyond our expectations. I feel he truly cared about our wants/desires throughout the entire home buying process. What started as a business relationship, ended as a friendship. I would highly recommend him!
