Mike was always available via phone, text, email and in person! He never rescheduled or declined any showing no matter how inconvenient the time and day may have been. He was consistent and persistent following up with all potential buyers and promptly relayed all feedback to us. He was realistic and accurate about the expectations set regarding the sale price and he gave us excellent advice throughout the entire process, from staging to negotiations. He is the most honest and hard working realtor and we are lucky to have worked with him!!!

Mike has been working with my wife’s family for many years and was recommended to us; we could not be more appreciative of the recommendation. Mike’s comprehensive knowledge from having been a mortgage broker prior to becoming a real estate agent added so much value to the home buying process regarding budgeting, interest rates, market trends, etc. Mike worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home in the location we wanted within our budget. He is extremely detail oriented, very communicative, flexible to other’s schedules and very easy to work with. My wife and I highly recommend Mike. He did not only help us find our first home, but he also worked to find a renter for the apartment we were living in. He made the home buying process easy and the process was not as stressful as I thought it would be thanks to Mike.
